Thame Town Cricket Club are delighted to confirm what the regulars to Church Meadow will have already seen, namely that the generous sponsorship from the local firm of Solicitors, B P Collins LLP, has enabled the club to source 4 new pitch-covers, to protect the playing area from rain.
And not just these all-important covers, but also sheeting which protects both sides of the covers and the bowlers’ run-ups at each end! All this equipment is essential for the club to minimise the number of matches that fall foul of the weather (for juniors, women and men alike) in the coming seasons.
The whole club says a huge thank you to B P Collins for their continuing support!
