1s win T20 to move up to 2nd in group
A young 1st XI travelled to Oxford and Bletchingdon on Tuesday. Tight bowling from Chris Jeffcock earned him figures of 4-13 (4 overs), as well as Dan Patey who returned figures of 1-9 (3 Overs). Overseas pro Gamindu Kanishka returned excellent figures of 2-1 (2 overs). This ultimately meant Oxford and Bletchingdon set Thame a below par score of 126. Unbeaten scores from Kanishka (63*) and Russell (56*) ensured Thame cruised to their target, and won by 10 wickets. Thame sit 2nd in the table after this match, and play Oxford next week.
