With the first match of the season just over a week away; players, committee members and friends gathered this past Saturday (8th April), to prepare the clubhouse for the campaign ahead. The nets were set up, clubhouse cleaned, stock taken, rubbish thrown away and a heap of lost property was sorted through!
That afternoon the First XI, led by Mike Beard, also gathered for their first training session of the season, giving them a chance to introduce some new recruits and get their cricketing brains back into gear. Photos below:
