The Club is extremely saddened to hear of the death of former player, Luke Merry, at the age of 34.
Luke was one of the best young cricketers to play for the club in recent years, graduating from Lord Williams’ School, playing for the Hampshire Academy and getting into the England U16 squad.
Luke and his father Steve played in the First XI for several years until Luke moved to Kent.
He leaves a wife and young son.
Our sincere condolences go to the Merry family and all his friends in Thame.
