International Cricket came to Thame Town Cricket Club!
England took on Wales at Church Meadow on Friday 12th August, in an over 60s one-day international.
In the midst of a heatwave, England posted 228-4 from the 40 overs – Neil Brathwaite top-scoring with 68. Wales could not get going in the chase and ended on 165-9 – Jim Phillips taking 4-18 for England.
England will be taking on Australia next Summer in the over 60s Ashes!
