XT Beer Club – Members Evening & Membership
Hello All You Beer Lovers – It’s been a long time!
With the various restrictions now being gradually lifted it feels like time to re-start our Beer Club.
We gave all our members an extended membership to cover the lock-down period, unfortunately we were not allowed to run club nights, but the discount in the two shops has certainly been very well used and hopefully you have all been enjoying XT beers at home.
How do I join or renew the club in 2021 ? – Our Beer Club Members package is as great as ever and certainly still by far the best value for money compared to all the other local alternatives.
New Membership is £65 which includes: T-Shirt, Glass, Card, Discounts in our shops, plus of course 2 membership evenings plus a guest.
Renewal is either £65 which includes a T-Shirt and Glass or £55 for all the main benefits but without the T-Shirt and glass. You will keep your original membership number.
Joining – best to come to the brewery or shop if you want the T-Shirt – or call the shop during opening hours and pay by card over the phone.
Members Club Night – FRIDAY 23rd July 2021 from 6-10pm at Thame Cricket Club
*Assuming all restrictions are lifted from the 19th we would like to announce our very special
‘Catch Up Club Night’
This will be a special catch up night – anyone who has or had membership at anytime during 2020 or 2021 can come along.
Bring a Guest* and a Glass.

This special event is at the THAME CRICKET CLUB – you can enjoy the lovely views and outdoor space at one of England’s prettiest club grounds.
If you would like to attend you must:- Please Book a Free Ticket for each person coming along. We need to know how many people are coming so we can allocate enough space, food and of course beer for the evening.

The Cricket Club Bar may also be open**

Parking at the club behind Thame Barns is very, very limited so please park in the town centre car parks or best of all get a taxi or a lift if possible.

Please note that members must attend with their guests.
Extra Guests at £15 each
If you can remember to bring your own club glass it helps, but plastic glasses will be provided.
The 6 month membership extensions will still apply until expired depending on your membership dates, but will not be extended again.
We are assuming all Covid restrictions, including masks, group sizes and social distancing will be lifted – if not then we will review the event and reschedule if required.
