We are delighted to share with you the news that at the recent Home Counties Premier Cricket League AGM, our very own Sally Patey was unanimously voted onto the HCPCL committee.
With the recent loss of John Goodman, and focus on having more female committee members in the Premier Leagues, Sally was approached by the HCPCL very recently and asked whether she would like to support them in the management and development of the league. Her experience and knowledge of cricket, combined with her close connection to grass roots cricket, made her the ideal and standout candidate.
We congratulate Sally on her very well deserved new role amongst the elite of club cricket. Sally will also continue her role as Secretary for Thame Town CC.
Our own AGM will take place on Friday 7th February.
